Mavericks coach Jason Kidd, in a TV interview from summer league just now, says JaVale McGee will indeed start at center for Dallas next season.

JaVale McGee is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association. He played college basketball for the Nevada Wolf Pack. He was selected 18th overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2008 NBA draft.


The 34 years old 7 ft 0 in (2.13 m)
270 lb (122 kg) won three NBA championships, 2 with the Golden State Warriors in 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 and one with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2019-2020 season.

He will be the main center for this young talented team led by Luka Doncic on a mission for a championship.
