According to various reports, the Toronto Raptors have acquired Kelly Olynyk, the big man, from the Utah Jazz in exchange for Kira Lewis, Otto Porter, and a 2024 first-round pick. Additionally, Ochai Agbaji will also be joining Toronto as part of the deal.

In the previous season, Olynyk showcased his versatility, initially starting alongside Lauri Markkanen and later transitioning to a bench role with the arrival of John Collins. Despite this change, Olynyk maintained his efficiency as a floor-spacing big man, with improved offensive rebounding and assist numbers.

Notably, he has excelled in initiating offense from the top of the key, showcasing the best passing season of his career. Overall, Olynyk's offensive prowess could prove valuable to any team as a third big.

As of now, Olynyk averages 8.1 points and 5.1 rebounds per game across 50 games. The Jazz hold a record of 26-26, while the Raptors stand at 18-33 as of Thursday.
