Brooklyn Nets Star LaMarcus Aldridge Gets Good News About His Return

LaMarcus Aldridge abruptly left the NBA back in April after heart issues forced him to retire. While it had been a few years since the player had been in his prime, the loss of Aldridge was painful to the Brooklyn Nets.

However, it sounds like he is returning. There had recently been rumors that Aldridge was seeking medical expertise and inquiring about coming back to the league. Doctors have given him the thumbs up and he is officially ready to play again.

Now that he is cleared to play again, it's only a matter of team before a team signs him. As mentioned, the Nets are the front runners to get Aldridge again but there is a chance he goes elsewhere too. Now that he has been granted a second life in the NBA, perhaps Aldridge will start playing as he used to when he was with the Portland Trail Blazers. At his peak, Aldridge was a force to be reckoned with.
