Latest Jazz Rumours: Donovan Mitchell questioning Jazz's plan after Rudy Gobert trade

Utah Jazz guard Donavan Mitchell reportedly expressed some concerns after the team traded All Star Centre Rudy Gobert to the timberwolves.

According to Brian Windhorst, where he appears on his podcast Brian Windhorst Hoop and Collective, he mentions that Mitchell went up to the higher ups in the Jazz organization and questioned their plan after the Gobert trade.

Windhorst reported that the Jazz are going to do «Whats right» for the organization and that GM Danny Ainge will try and do everything possible to bring a championship to Utah. As he did with the Celtics back in 2008.

The Jazz had a big offseason so far, trading Royce O'Neale to Brooklyn for a 2023 first round pick. Then trading Rudy Gobert to Minnesota for 4 first round picks and a haul of players.


Donovan Mitchell has the right to be concerned about the Jazz's future. Especially where the NBA nowadays, all star players are trying to team up together. Mitchell cant be on a lonely island in Utah, watching the NBA finals from his couch in June.
