The Los Angeles Lakers have been trying to trade Kyle Kuzma before the 2021 NBA Draft. Reports surrounded for the past few days saying that Lakers have offered Kuzma to the Sacramento Kings.

According to Kevin O'Connor, the Los Angeles Lakers are offering the No. 22 pick along with Montrezl Harrell and either Kyle Kuzma or Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to the Sacramento Kings for Buddy Hield.

The Lakers are in need of shooters and a third scorer behind LeBron James and Anthony Davis. Buddy Hield is a great target for the Lakers. He is a straight sniper from behind the arc.

Since Hield entered the NBA in 2016-17, only him, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Duncan Robinson have averaged higher than 40% from 3 on more than 7 attempts.

Hield has career averages of 16.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists on a 44/41/86 shooting splits in his first five NBA seasons.
