NBA comes to a decision regarding the playoffs
According to @wojespn, The NBA has just declared that it will annually implement the NBA play-ins for future seasons.
The play-ins were first implemented as test run to encourage teams in the bottom of the standings, to make a run for the playoffs, instead of choosing to tank.
