The Utah Jazz made a move today that will put them below the salary cap while the Oklahoma City Thunder continue to collect draft picks.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Utah Jazz will send Derrick Favors and a future first rounder to Oklahoma City Thunder for Thunder's future second round pick.

By doing so, the Jazz are now $13,000,000 below the luxury tax and will help them re-sign All-Star guard Mike Conley, Jr.

Favors averaged 5.4 points, 5.5 rebound and a block last season with the Jazz in just 15.3 minutes of action per game.
