The Clippers suffered a surprising 17-point home loss to the Atlanta Hawks, who were without their superstar Trae Young. Despite being heavy favorites, the Clippers were outperformed, mainly due to the Hawks' superior three-point shooting and the Clippers' turnovers. Kawhi Leonard opened up and acknowledged that his team is missing Russell Westbrook, who has been sidelined due to injury since March 1st. Here's what Kawhi had to say about his teammate after the game:

"He's another guy that comes in with energy, giving us a fast pace, playing transition, another defender on the floor, another scorer," Leonard said. "We definitely miss him. We played our first 50 games with him or 50 something games, so it's a rhythm break." Then he Added : "It's between the ears with us. We got to go out and do it even if he's on the floor or not. It's still five other guys that's on that floor that could run hard and do what's told."

Westbrook has been sidelined for the past nine games, during which the Clippers have recorded a 4-5 record, with just one win in their last five games. Coach Ty Lue stated that Russell is showing signs of improvement, although there is no set timeline for his return.
